Mr. Spradley‘s educational journey began in 1970 as an elementary school teacher at PS 137 in Ocean Hill Brownsville Brooklyn. In 1983 his administration career began as principal of the very same school.

In 1994 he became the first principle of Benjamin Banneker High school academy under his visionary leadership this school became a school of choice because of its high academic achievements. Mr. Spradley then became Deputy Superintendent of district 16 in Brooklyn New York. Five years later, he became a facilitator/coach for The New York City leadership academy.
Mr. Spradley has received numerous Honors and awards from professional organizations, community-based organizations and community groups.

In 2019, Mr. Spradley wrote his first book , Sharing Baba's Love, a story about a father who decided to make an impact on his neighborhood by mentoring his son's friends.

Frank has been married to his beautiful wife, Patricia for 47 years. He has 4 children and 7 grandchildren.
